- BIDV will not be responsible for any problems, losses or damages that cardholders suffer when participating in the cashback program. - In case the cardholder violates the Terms and Conditions, causing damage to BIDV/JCB/ third parties through fraudulent/illegal acts related to participating in this program, BIDV has the right to terminate or cancel other incentives/payment transactions. In such case, all amounts accumulated in the program up to the time of cancellation will be forfeited. - Reward time:
